These staff members directly contribute to service delivery and include professions such as, but not limited to, Dental Therapists, Dietitians, Epidemiologists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. They are directly involved in health protection and prevention, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients. They may also directly manage and have a professional responsibility for the clinical services provided by employees in this profession.
These staff members provide a combination of practitioner and/or specialist responsibilities. It is a mandatory requirement for professionals in this stream to have relevant qualifications. They include professions such as, but not limited to, Professional Engineers, Legal Officers, Dental Officers, Librarians and Medical Education Officers.
These staff members provide a combination of practitioner and/or specialist responsibilities, or provide direct assistance to other offices and/or supervision of offices in other streams. It is a mandatory requirement for staff to have a relevant diploma or advanced diploma qualification. Included within such disciplines/professions are, but not limited to, Library Technicians, Draftsmen, Electronic Technicians and Health Workers.
