Mungindi Dental Clinic
Queensland public oral health services provide free dental care to eligible patients. Patients who require non-emergency care are placed on a register, or waiting list.
A person is allocated to a particular waiting list depending on the type of care required and the urgency of their condition. This system ensures that people most in need of care can be treated first.
Waiting lists are managed by Hospital and Health Services using a statewide information system.
